Bank Letter of Credit

With the CLA model you, the investor, has 100% ownership of the property and as such you have 100% legal control of the asset. In addition, at the investor request we are able to issue a Bank Letter of Credit (LOC)*, which will be held in Escrow, naming the investor as the beneficiary. The LOC will further secure the rent payments by your NNN Tenant Pacific Holdings Partnership.

* the letter of credit is for 2 years, the cost is $300 per year and the ROI shall be reduced by 1% a year, for more info please contact us.
