Historical data shows that the real estate industry is cyclical. Every financial crisis within the last century resulted in declines of real estate values. At the end of each crisis, property values increased significantly. The most recent crisis prior to 2008, was the savings and loan crisis of the 80's and 90's.

Pacific Holdings specializes in the acquisition, upgrading, and populating of residential properties. Some properties purchased directly from banks are at significantly discounted prices, as compared to pre-crisis prices. We sell and manage properties, providing investors with easy access to reliable passive income.
